Once you’ve selected a cabin, the booking takes just a few simple steps and only a few minutes. You’ll also choose your preferred booking plan:

• Flexible booking plan: Short minimum terms—perfect if you need storage for a limited time or don’t want a long commitment.
• Long-term booking plan: Looking for long-term storage? This plan offers lower prices. When paying in advance, it includes €2,000 basic insurance coverage and the option to pay by invoice.

You’ll also choose your payment method during booking. Once we receive your payment, you’ll get instructions on how to activate your access codes. From then on, you can enter and use your cabin at any time.

Your needs have changed? No problem. You can update your booking plan anytime via your personal account. Once the minimum term ends, your new settings will apply automatically.

To protect your items, insurance is required. You can choose from two options:

• Storebox insurance: During booking, you can select coverage up to €10,000. A monthly insurance fee applies, based on the insured amount.
• Own insurance: You can also use your own insurance (e.g. household insurance). In this case, upload proof via your account. It is important to make sure, that your belongings are covered, if they are stored in a self storage unit.
