As a team, we are competent, act courageously and support each other. Efficiency, transparency, and goal orientation serve as the basis of our actions and support us in solving major topics. Our diverse Storebox network makes us successful. We see our customers and partners as part of it.
We act faster and with more transparency than any other company in our field. Our environment is highly dynamic, and our partners benefit from our rapid pace. We think future-oriented and live innovation. A high degree of autonomy and flexibility enables us to take and implement decisions quickly.
Storebox solutions and products create a “wow effect“. With extraordinary product intelligence and creativity, we shape the future of city logistics. Our vision of being the market leader is clear in everyone's mind. We are enthusiastic about what we do and always have the ambition and drive to deliver our best.
Our centrally located, modern office provides ideal conditions for productive work. Each department has its own area in office space, yet our working atmosphere is open and bright. Several meeting rooms and phone boxes are available for meetings. For breaks, we like to use our common areas - coffee, fruits & snacks included. Ready for lunch? If you don't find what you're looking for in our Schrankerl fridge, you'll find plenty of other options around our office.
We value an open, inclusive work environment and encourage diversity in every form. With us, you can contribute your own ideas and quickly take ownership of projects. We support your professional development through feedback sessions and individual internal as well as external training. Forward-looking working models such as hybrid working, work-life blending and workation offer flexibility and allow you to individually balance your job and private life. You decide where you are most productive - thanks to our digital concept, we are always connected. Even with constant growth, you will find flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. It goes without saying that we are all on a first-name basis.
Teamwork makes the dream work. At Storebox we work together with enthusiasm and support each other. But we also enjoy spending time together away from the daily office routine. In regular team buildings and monthly after-work events, we strengthen our team spirit and celebrate our successes together. Once a year we travel together as part of our company event and have already been to Lake Traunsee and Mallorca. Curious about where we are going next?
