Which items are insured?
All items which are stored following our terms and conditions are insured, based on their value and the selected insurance sum. You can check the list of forbidden items to ensure that you store only what is allowed and thus is covered by the insurance.
You can select the insurance sum during the booking, and also adjust it conveniently afterwards. Our minimum insurance covers items worth up to EUR 2,000 and can be raised up to coverage of EUR 10,000 per cabin. If you need higher insurance coverage, please contact us and we will find a customised solution.
Important!
If you select to use your own insurance policy, you should make a claim directly to your insurance company.
