How do I submit an insurance claim?

If your stored items are damaged or missing and you have booked insurance through Storebox, please report the damage directly to our insurance partner using the claim form below:

Please note:

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days after you become aware of it.
  • In case of burglary, attempted burglary, fire or explosion, a police report must be filed immediately upon discovery.

After submitting the claim, the insurance company will contact you directly regarding the next steps.
