Which claims are covered by the insurance?
The following claims are included in the insurance:
- Burglary, attempted burglary and vandalism caused by burglary (malicious damage to property)
- Extreme weather conditions such as storms, hail, snow pressure or lightning strikes
- Damage caused by the direct impact of mains water escaping from water-bearing pipes, fittings or connected equipment and also damage that occurs as an unavoidable consequence of this loss event
- Fire and explosions
- Rockfall, rockslide or landslide
- The crash of aircraft or celestial bodies
