What is the notice period for cancelling my cabin?
You can cancel your booking at any time from your account, but no later than 14 days before the end of your selected booking duration (commitment period). If you cancel before this deadline, your booking will end with the commitment period.
If you cancel within the last 14 days, the booking will continue for one additional month under a Flexible Monthly plan. The cancellation will take effect at the end of that period.
Important: Your contract is open-ended and will automatically renew according to your selected booking plan, unless you cancel.
