How can I get help with my booking?
Our customer support team is available by phone during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 – 22:00
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 – 21:00
On weekends, calls are handled by our digital phone assistant Fonio by default. Fonio is available all weekend, from Saturday 0:00 until Sunday 23:59.
Fonio can help you find a suitable Storebox storage unit and send you a booking link so you can complete your booking online.
During call center opening hours, you can also choose to speak to a customer support agent instead of Fonio.
At the moment, Fonio is only available in German.
