If your needs change, you can adjust your booking plan at any time via your personal account. After the minimum term has expired, the new settings are applied automatically.

To ensure you are protected in case of damage, it is also necessary to take out insurance for your items. You have two options here:

• Insurance through Storebox: You select the desired insurance sum during the booking process. In this case, a monthly payment is added to the fee for your Storebox cabin.
• Own insurance: This can be, for example, household insurance if it also covers items in a self-storage facility. In this case, we require proof. You can upload this via your personal account.

After we receive the first payment, we will send you instructions on how to activate your access codes. From then on, you can enter and use your Storebox storage cabin at any time.
